My sound device doesn't work anymore. What can I do?

Very frequently, problems occur when batteries are running low. So we first ask to check that the batteries have already been replaced. If not, we would ask you to replace all three batteries with new ones from the recommended brands. Not all batteries are equally effective. Many have the same voltage (volts) but not the same ampere capacity and therefore not the same power. Therefore, they may cause malfunctions. If the sound device does not function, despite using new batteries, please contact our customer support.
