There is no Bluetooth connection with the device. What can I do?

The connection range of Bluetooth technology (especially the “Low Energy” version used in myHummy) is limited by two factors: the construction materials used in the building and the proximity of other electronic devices around you. The connection status is represented by the teddy bear logo at the top of the screen. If the logo is grey, that means the app is not connected to the bear. If the logo is green, your mobile device is connected to the myHummy. Please double-check that you have switched ON the Bluetooth function on your phone, try approaching your mobile device to the myHummy and wait a moment.
