My sound device does not stop humming! What can I do?

myHummy Premium and Premium App models also feature a non-stop mode. This is activated with three clicks on the button or via the mobile App.
You might have accidentally activated the non-stop function. To deactivate it, please turn off the sound device manually with one click (approx. 2 sec.). Next time you switch the sound device on (with one click), the sleep sensor mode will be on. It will hum for an hour, then slowly fade out until it switches to standby mode. If your child cries, begins to stir or moves heavily, it will automatically fade in and play for an other hour with the last sound you selected.
You may also deactivate it through the myHummy App (available in selected myHummy products).
