Please note that in most cases, you will be able to track the status of your order online on the next working day.
In case of deliveries outside Germany, you will be able to track your delivery locally (on the website of the local shipping company) once it reaches your country.
If your order tracking status does not change for more than seven business days, please contact our Customer Service so that we can submit an inquiry to the transport company .
Caution: Some delays in the shipment tracking can also occur if the parcel is temporarily stored at the export or import airport for several days. n addition, delivery to non-EU countries may be delayed due to possible customs checks.
