I have received a payment reminder for a different order number! Whom can I contact for help?

You may have mistakenly placed several orders in our system. This might happen during the order process, by clicking on the "Buy" button repeatedly.
In this case, you can ignore unnecessary payment reminders and the orders concerned will be automatically cancelled within 14 days at the latest.
