Shortly after your order has been processed in our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. In most cases, you will be able to track the status of your order online on the next working day. Links for shipment tracking as well as delivery times can be found on our website, in the “Payment and Dispatch” section.
Unfortunately, we do not have any control on the further course of the delivery after having handed your parcel over to the responsible delivery service. However, we will do our best to guarantee that you receive your order, in spite of any issue in the delivery process. In case of a delay, please get in touch with out customer service. We will submit an inquiry to the shipping company if there is no update in the online shipment tracking for at least seven working days.
