I have already paid but the order status is still "Waiting for payment". Whom can I contact for help?

Please note that payment may take several business days to be credited to our account.
Payment registration is immediate if you pay with PayPal, Credit Card, iDeal or Direct transfer.
If this is not the case, or if your order’s status is still “Waiting for payment”, please contact our customer service. Kindly provide us with the order number and method of payment used, so that we can double-check. If you have paid by bank transfer, please also indicate the payment reference number and the name of the account holder.
